 Mission Education
since 2005  Narendrapur aasha Deep Foundation  has been working on the subjects of Education of children, livelihood of the youth, Healthcare in the rural village, the slums and woman empowerment.







Good morning  greeting to all from Little Hearts school a project of Narenprapur aasha deep foundation  We bring forth to you the onthly report of april, may and june 2012,with  activities.ittle

Little Heart school-   Helping is not a matter of dispersing money but making a deep ,long term commitment and casting a hard eye on result the partners les enfant Rose and N.A.D.F. Emerged with custain  committed organization for various programmes. Here in this unit we try to build there capabitities capacity, training them teaching them ,education them to to sustain and scale up theselves. This is a education unit cell were above 100 children are receving education its initially offers them to reach their potential , It gives roots to there wings ,the children here have really done well for the first term examination.as preparation for the second term has began, children are taught with new methods with props and attricities games, the little Ones are Regular,  children from grade one to seven  are serious with there book.  Craft  and drawing freshnes there minds.Education is a mission to carry on to the children . We Thank Les Enfant Rose (Patricia organiation  for making their dream come true. )

Medicial Unit: This unit  is a very special unit and its is also very close to our hearts. HIV/AIDS has really been a treat to many lives. In this unit we specially give regular medication and doctor check up on time to the effected children.  A better chance to live longer, strongerand a hope for a better tomorrow.

Field Work: To work on social equality and to have a peaceful environment,  The teachers have been trained on cuncilling and to help the mothers to cope with there daily life. Houses visited in this folling months were 74.





 1)Akasha shresta. He has been admitted in the hospital for his treatment.His mother had no job , but with the help of the teachers, she has optined a new job with a good salary

2)Debu has been back home. unable to walk but will need a lot of rest.

3)Indronil is also back but lives with is mother comes daily to school

4)Madhu has another sister. the little is is just three monts old.
5) The children received medication, food and rent from the  association

The teachers with the help of the local police and local people could help the mothers to find a jobas well as have a peaceful environment,

Activities of all the units: The organization works cell by cell. To make work faster clearer and helpful to all.

Les Enfant Rose : Is a home for the homeless, a family for the  orphan, and a place to be luved and to feel that we are they family.  The kids in the orphanage are doing well i the studies. They are taught classical song, classical indian dance .art and craft .These are extra activities given to them, Now we have 19 kids in the orphanage.

A new warden have been aloted to take care of these children.
 a new cook, and a lady to clean up the place wash the clothes and so on.

for the children  two new cupbords and a shelf have been bought.
a  gas have been bought.

four computers have been bought

State Bank of india has donated five new fans for the children.

we have received Help from Les enfant Rose(France) Patricia  to help the childen receive mediciation, ration and basice needs

 Greeting  from Little Hearts school a projet of Narendrapur Aasha Deep foundation.Here below are all the activities of Narendrapur aasha deep foundation and its projects running in the out skirts of Kolkata, in a small village in garia and the railway stations of kolkata.

Month of March 2012.  A month of alot of activities,  documents submission  in the government office, and renewal of cerificate.  for the year 2012.

Little Heart school :A hope for tomorrow and a brighter future.The children has really  brought a  huge impact in  the lives of other children in kolkata. A new activitie has been enrolled. the children from the school goes once a week to make awarness of education  and important  of lives , they share there experience and desire  to have a good life through  education. Many children from the railway station, have responded to this method.

(2) The children participated in the drawing competation set by the local people. (3) As regular school the children have completed there syllabuse for there first  term  exams. and are all ready for it.

Activities in the school:

 1)Mothers have received monthly ration.

2)Mothers have received the monthly rent payment.

3)Mothers have received medication and immunization  for there children

4) awarness programs  in the streets of kolkata and in the out skirts of kolkata.

5) Field work was done for the children living in the street.

6) home visites have been done  by the teachers.

Hope  this finds you in best  of health. We are providing news updates of all the activities that hve taken place in the last two months. January and Febeury 2012.  With warm regards and wishes.

From Administrative  Desk:Introduction. The month of  January and February are a very important months for the organization. The children of the school began there new  acadmic session.

From this year 2012 we have began the high school in ur premises. Nitesh, Sunil and Roshan are our three boys who will be sitting for there first public exams from our school. we are all excited about this.  The children are being guided under the wings of moumita, The timing have slightly changed. the little ones come to school at 7am. to 10.am. that is for ( prep to kinder gerden children. )the big children come to school at 10.am to 3.30.pm. ( children from class 1 to 7. )They have received new tools  and mat to sit, new set of books, shoes and uniform. The little Hearts school has really brought a huge impact in the city of kolkata. in improving the  quality of  lives of the vulanerable children children and orphans through providing education, love and care and supports, additional it promotes empowerment in the rural community people in various areas.

The orphanage is named ''les enfant rose'' 

Hi children finally there is a name for the orphanage. I know you love it.

 Introducatin: Due to increase rate of HIV/AIDS.Drug abuse, and sex workers so many children left as orphans and no one to take care of them, no one to love them,  and no one to say  that you are mine growing in the streets of kolkata, has made them   understand the cruel world.  A chance to live a chance to say i can, A moment to be loved, a chance to feel wanted .and importance to know life in a better way is all they ask.  They say IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII FFEEEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLL.

 THE LES ENFANT ROSE IS AN ORPHANAGE . iTS A home for the homeless, family for the orphanage, a place to belong. now we have 16 kids in the orphanage. The purpose of this program is to reduce  the suffering of the orphans and vulnarable children built there capacity through giving them love, care ,and education, and simple activities to do so that they become a producin in the scoiety.

 The purpose of having the orphanage is to provide a quality life.  to give better education to bettern there lives to stand high and to do well in life. as parents we care support and love them.

 ACTIVITIES IN THE SCHOOL:(1) The mothers receives monthly ration.(2)awarness programs on the streets of kolkata on HIV/AIDS.Drug abuse,and community development.(3)Made awarness programms in the schools of kolkata, government offices and parks.

Home visites and the problems :The parents have come up with some majour problems that they are faceing(1)discrimination and deprivation(2) Inable to solve there daily problems(3) lack of access to health care medication and immunization.(4)vulnerabler to many disease specially HIV/AIDS/

A field work was done for Aftab abd his father. After;s father was sent  for a rehabilition and aftab has come to school.

Holi

Holi is  the festival of colours , it is the opening festival in hindu calendar, it falls on a fullmoon day and in the month of Phalgun. People enjoy themselves playing with several colours  and celebrate the whole day with pump and gaiety.

Originally ; holi  was regarded to  be the festivial to celebrated good harvests and fertility of the land. There are several stories behind holi. A popular legend says holi is remembered for secrifice of Holika who burnt herself in fire on this day. holi is there for regarded one of the ancient festivals of the aryans.

It is  a time to reach out  with the colour of joy.It is the time  for love and forgivness. It is the time expresses the happiness of being loved and to love through colours.
