Nous, les membres de Narendrapur Aasha deep foundation  et de l’association Les Enfants Roses en France vous transmettons nos salutations.

Nous souhaitons tous renouveler notre engagement à poursuivre nos activités sociales de façon plus énergique afin que nous puissions ramener l'espoir dans la vie d’un plus grand nombre d’enfants défavorisés.

L'école  Little Heart, Les Enfants Roses et le projet  « gare de Sealdha » se déroulent correctement avec l'aide de Patricia et de son association « les enfants roses en  France. Un grand merci à tous ceux qui nous gardent dans leur prières quotidiennes et soutiennent les prières des enfants.  Au nom de l’association, je vous présente ici toutes les activités qui se sont déroulées durant les mois de mai et juin  2013 au sein de l’association

We the members of Narendrapur Aasha deep foundation and Les Enfant Rose France bring greeting to you.

let us all renew our vow pursuing our welfare activities more vigorously so that we can bring back hopes in the lives of many more deprived children.

Little Heart’s school, Les enfants Rose and the sealdha railway project is running successfully. With the help of Patricia and her organization les enfant rose France. A big thank you to all those who are keeping us in your daily prays and supporting the kids. prays . on behalf of the organization am enclosing all the activities that has taken place in the month of may and June 2013 in the organization. École :   L'école  Little Heart a vu l'intérêt des enfants et a promu le concept suivant « apprendre dans la joie, en offrant une grande flexibilité en terme d’emploi du temps et de programme. Ca a permis aux enfants de faire en sorte que l'éducation demeure leur priorité, les enfants ont appris les trois R …(PS traduction : expression valable seulement en langue anglaise) : lecture, écriture et calcul . Le matériel pédagogique a été fourni aux enfants par l'association. L'éducation n'est pas seulement limitée aux activités de la classe, mais une attention particulière est accordée à la nécessité de mettre en évidence les talents des enfants à travers des chansons, pièces de théâtre, la danse, des exercices physiques, dessin et autres activités parascolaires de manière à éradiquer  l’absentéisme et les abandons scolaires… L'efficacité de l’éducateur de l'école  Little Heart  et de son assistant ainsi que les performances des enfants ont été évaluées et vérifiées  grâce aux visites de contrôle de sister Lourdes.. Il est également essentiel de savoir ce qui se passe  dans une salle de classe tout en gardant le respect du déroulement du cours.

School : Little Heart school has seen to the interest of the children and has promoted the concept of joyful learning, High Flexible in terms of timing and curriculum.It has allowed the children to ensure that education remains as priority ,The children were taught the three R’s, reading writing and arithmetic.The teaching materials were provided by the organization to the kids. Education is not only restricted to classroom activities but attention is also given to the needs to bring out children’s talent through songs , plays, dance, physical exercises , drawing and other co curricular activities so as to slave off absenteeism/drop outs The efficiency of Little Heart School educator and his assistant and the performance of the children was measured and assessed through monitoring visits by sister lourdes . This is also essential to know what is happening at the centre with the respect to the classroom process.

Les Enfants Roses:   Mithu Burman, un chef du projet, est responsable de toutes les activités pour les enfants de l'orphelinat. Toutes les activités du projet sont consignées et des bilans réguliers hebdomadaires des pensionnaires sont réalisés par le docteur A. Banerjee . Des dispositions médicales ont été prises pour aider les patients dépendants de l'alcool ou de la drogue, les personnes atteintes de maladie mentale, ou malades du sida/vih... Ces informations sont confidentielles et ne peuvent donc pas être divulguées

Les Enfants Roses: Mithu Burman a leader of the project is responsible for all the activities for the children in the orphanage. All the activities of the project is documented and regular weekly check ups of inmates carried out by doctor A. Banerjee. Arrangements made for treatment of drug alcohol, addict mentally ill patient, HIV/ aids patients etc.all related to these issues are kept confidential .

Gare: Les enfants vivant dans la gare ont souvent affaire à la police et d'autres organismes, certains enfants sont également confrontés à des tentatives d'exploitation physique.. Par conséquent nous travaillons dans cette gare : Sandha Dey et Daphine  travaillent sur ce projet. Les enfants vivant dans la gare sont secourus et envoyés dans divers centres de désintoxication puis dans des écoles ainsi que dans différents orphelinats. En outre, d'autres problèmes concernant ces enfants ont été identifiés et étudiés.
Un service d'assistance téléphonique est mis en place pour les enfants des rues ainsi que pour les enfants contraints de travailler chez les gens (principalement ceux qui sont exploités )
Des ONG travaillant dans ce domaine ont également participé à ce projet (missionnaire de la charité). Nous présentons les cas qui impliquent les enfants et la police a le devoir d'agir. A l'intérieur de la gare un repas est également fourni aux enfants qui y vivent.

Railway Station: children living in the railway station are the treat of harassment at the hands of the police and other agencies some children have also to content with attempts at physical exploitation, we work in the railway station . we have sandha dey and Daphine working in this project.  children living in the  railway station are rescused and sent to various rehabs and then to schools, as well as to different ophanages. Beside this, there are some problems  concerning children in the railway stations that  were studied .  A help line was opened for the children in the streets, as well as  for children  working in  homes  specially for those children who were misused by people. NGOs working in this field were also involved (missionary of charity)we bring forth the cases happening with the children and the police is duty bound to act . A meal is provided to the children living in the station.

Activités de l'association

1) Organisation de réunions mensuelles avec les dirigeants communautaires, les membres de la communauté

(2) Sensibiliser les parents sur l'éducation de leurs enfants et leur exposer les avantages supplémentaires tels que des repas gratuits et des bilans de santé tous les quinze jours au centre.

(3) Orientation du personnel sur les activités de l'école Little Heart,  sur le travail dans la gare, le suivi, et l'orphelinat, et leur préciser leurs rôles et leurs responsabilités y afférents

(4) Achat de meubles,  tableaux de classe, ustensiles, etc

(5) Des bilans de santé réguliers des enfants sont effectués par le médecin.

6) Evaluation régulière des enfants à l'école 

Activities of the association

(1) Monthly Meeting with community leaders, members of the community were conducted.
(2) Awareness among the parents about education for their children and outline the additional benefits such as free meals and fortnight health checkups, provided at the centre.
(3) Orienting the staff on the activities of LITTLE HEART SCHOOL , RAILWAY STATION WORK, COUNCELLING, AND THE ORPHANAGE, And their roles and responsibility towards them .
(4) Purchase furniture, blackboards,utensil,etc has been done.
(5) Regular health checkups of the children by the doctor.
(6) Regular assessment of the children at school was done.

Conclusion :  Nous sommes reconnaissants à tous les parrains et marraines, Patricia, Sylvie, Speram et à tous ceux qui ont accueillis ces enfants dans leur vie... De la part du bureau administratif : nous souhaitons tous renouveler notre engagement à poursuivre nos activités sociales de façon plus énergique afin que nous puissions ramener l'espoir dans la vie d’un plus grand nombre d’enfants défavorisés.

Ici, à Kolkata nos projets ( l'école Little Heart, Les Enfants Roses et le projet « gare de Sealdha « )se déroulent correctement avec l'aide de Patricia et de son association française , les enfant roses .

Un grand merci à tous ceux qui nous soutiennent, Speram, Les enfant Roses en France et toutes les marraines . Les projets fonctionnent bien grâce à votre aide et prières à tous . Au nom de l'organisation je vous présente ici toutes les activités qui se sont déroulées au mois d’ Avril 2013 au sein de l’association.

Here in kolkata our projects  Little Heart’s school, Les enfants Rose and the sealdha railway project is running successfully. With the help of Patricia and her organization les enfant rose france.A big Thank you to  Speram, Les enfant rose france, all the godmothers and every one .The projects  are running smoothly with the help and prays from all of you. I on behalf of the organization  am enclosing all the activities that has taken place on the month of April 2013 in the organization. A brief report of all activities are given below.





Ecole : l'école Little Heart a pour mission d'agir sur la vie des enfants défavorisés dans le domaine de l'éducation et d'aider ces enfants, ceux qui ont besoin de notre aide. Au centre de toutes les activités qui se déroulent dans l'école, pour les mères et les plus démunis, l'implication profonde de nos enfants qui participent régulièrement à tous les programmes, et une fréquentation régulière de l’école qui se poursuit avec ses leçons et devoirs quotidiens et des examens, résultats, rapports, et toute une multitude d'activités nécessaires à une bonne école. Nos résultats ont été très bons , nos étudiants assidus ont pris part à des débats, ont pris la parole en public et ont participé à bien d'autres activités parascolaires dont l’art et la danse.

SCHOOL : Little heart School is with a mission to impact the lives of the underprivileged children in the field of education, and to help those children those who need our help. In the midst of all the activities going on in the school, for the mothers  and most dispossessed, the deep involvement of our regular children in all the programmers, the regular school goes on with its daily lessons and homework and examinations, results, reports, and all the plethora of activities which go to make up a good school. Our results were very good our regular students have taken part in debate, public speaking, art, dance and many other co-curricular activities,

Activités annexes

Projet « gare »: Mis à part le harcèlement perpétuel de la part de la police et de bien d’autres, les enfants des bidonvilles doivent également faire face aux tentatives d'exploitation physique, puisque les parents sont absents pendant la journée pour gagner leur vie et nourrir leurs enfants Ceux-ci (surtout les adolescentes) restent exposés à des abus physiques, y compris l'exploitation sexuelle . Les enfants vivant dans des hangars délabrés, sur les trottoirs ou dans les bidonvilles voisins essaient de gagner leur vie en mendiant, en étant chiffonniers, en cirant des chaussures, etc.. L’organisation Sadhana est l’équipe qui travaille sur place et qui s’occupe de ce projet « gare »,en les conseillant et en les aidant à étudier. Cette organisation s'assure de la disponibilité régulière et de la bonne distribution de préservatifs sur des lieux tels que maisons closes, dhabas (restaurants de bord de routes), terminus pour camions, cliniques spécialisées en MST,

Ceci est abordé au moyen d’un programme de sensibilisation lors de discussions de groupe et de soutien individuel, avec démonstration de l'utilisation correcte des préservatifs, et grâce à l'aide de la police les enfants sont envoyés dans différents orphelinats

Railway project: Apart from the perennial of harassment at the hands of police and others the slum children have also to content with the attempts at physical exploitation, since parents are away during the day to earn to feed the children (specially adolescents girls)remains exposed to physical abuse including sexual exploitation. children living in dilapidated shed, pavements or in nearby slums, these children try to eke out a living through begging , rag-picking, shoe polishing, as regular team work, we have  Sadhana  taking care of the railway project, counseling them and helping them to study. The organization ensures regular availabilities and proper distribution of condoms at place like brothels, dhabas, truck terminus, STD clinics, they are approached through awareness programmers-during group discussion  and individual counseling, correct usage of condoms is demonstration,    And through the help of the police the children  are sent to different  orphanage .

Actions permanentes :


Les visites à domicile ont été effectuées pour les enfants en situation irrégulière,

5 enfants ne pouvaient pas venir à l'école à cause de problème de santé.

Tout en interagissant avec les parents et les enfants ,nous avons constatés les problèmes suivant : santé, long trajet pour se rendre à l’école et repas à emporter



Le problème le plus important était celui des mères qui devaient faire face à beaucoup de harcèlement de la part de la population locale.



Les enfants sont amenés dans une maison de soins infirmiers, Hindustan Health pour un traitement régulier , d’autres sont amenés à l'hôpital public.

Pour les enfants habitant loin, l’ argent nécessaire au transport leur est donné (pour les enfants voyageant en train un billet de train mensuel est acheté à tarif réduit accordé par les chemins de fer)



Repas: Les enfants de l’orphelinat les enfants roses bénéficient de 4 repas par jour et nous fournissons même des repas à emporter à certains enfants de l'école

Forever Reaching Out:
Home visits were done on irregular children,
5 children could not come to school due to health problem.
 While interacting with the parents and children the problems that came to our notice was Health, Distance of travelling, meals from home was a problem
The most important one was the mothers facing lot of harassment from the local people.
Regular treatment to Hindustan Health point nursing home the kids are taken, some are taken to the government hospital.
Children living far, are provided with their traveling money (children travailing in train monthly ticket is bought with a concession given from the railways)

Meals: The kids of les enfant rose orphanage all 4 meals are provided to them, We even provide meals to some of our school kids  to carry it home.
Une goutte dans l'océan: Il y a plusieurs façons dont vous pouvez nous aider ici à l’association Narendrapur aasha deep foundation. Afin de conserver l’orphelinat et l'école et de continuer à aider les enfants et leurs mères, bien sûr nous avons besoin de financement. Et chaque centime vont à ceux qui sont dans le besoin. Vous pouvez faire des dons ponctuels et exceptionnels ou effectuer des dons sur une base plus régulière en devenant le sponsor d'un enfant.


Mais vous pouvez aussi nous aider en offrant votre temps précieux en tant que bénévole. Travailler avec les enfants est très valorisant et aider les mères à s'assumer que ce soit pour organiser ou participer à des événements d'un certain genre ou aider les enfants dans leurs études : cela représente beaucoup en permettant à tous d’y prendre part.

A Drop in the Ocean: There are various ways in which you can help us here at Narendrapur aasha deep foundation. In order to maintain the home, and the school  and continue to assist the children and their mothers of course we need funding. And every penny is of benefit to those who are in need. You can gift us a one off donation or take the approach of some by donating on a more regular basis by being a sponsor of a child.
But you can also support us by offering valuable time as a volunteer. Working with children has its own rewards and helping the mothers to help themselves whether it is to conduct or participate in events of some kind or to help the children with their studies it all goes a very long way in enabling all those who take part.

MONTHLY REPORT OF MARCH 13

                                Rapport mensuel pour le mois de mars 2013.

C'est le moment de l'année pour faire les comptes de nos bienfaits et pour faire des prévisions pour cette nouvelle année 2013. Nous considérons la famille des Enfants Rose comme l'une de nos plus grandes bénédictions puisque votre soutien continu rend nos efforts possibles.

Nous vous transmettons les salutations chaleureuses de l’association indienne Narendrapur Aasha Deep Foundation ainsi que de l’association française Les enfants roses en France.

Nous renouvelons notre vœu de poursuivre nos activités sociales avec encore plus de vigueur afin que nous puissions faire renaître l'espoir dans la vie de beaucoup plus d'enfants défavorisées.

Ici, à Calcutta, nous sommes allons tous bien et notre projet se déroule sans heurts.

Je veux vous présenter ici toutes les activités faites au cours de ce dernier mois.

Je vais donc vous donner un bref rapport administratif sur tout ce que nous avons fait en mars 2013

   

La Little Heart School .

1)L'année académique a commencé au mois de Janvier. Et maintenant, les enfants sont tous prêts pour les premiers examens qui débuteront le 8 Avril 2013.

(2) Il y a eu une réunion parents / professeurs concernant l'éducation et la santé. Les parents ont vraiment bien réagi.

(3) Un nouvel enseignant a été nommé pour les mathématiques, les sciences, l'histoire et l’informatique. Ces changements étaient nécessaires puisque cette année, l'école propose un niveau supérieur d’ études

(4) De nouvelles méthodes et accessoires ont été utilisés pendant les cours pour les enfants venant le matin puisque nous avons créé deux groupes d’élèves . Il y a 55 enfants qui viennent le matin et plus de 66 enfants dans l'après-midi.

(5) Des cours particuliers sont donnés à Sunil, Nitesh et Roshan car ils font partie du premier groupe d'enfants qui vont passer les examens publics. Ils vont avoir besoin de beaucoup de prières et de soutien.

Soutiens:

Nous avons dû apporter un soutien à Sunil un étudiant de la classe 8, car il se détournait de ses études suite à quelques problèmes familiaux rencontrés à la maison.

Nous avons également apporté un soutien au projet sealdha pour les parents et enfants vivant dans la gare

Visites à domicile:

(1) Les enseignants se sont rendus au domicile des enfants afin de visiter leurs maisons ..

(2) Au cours de cette visite, il y a eu des hauts et des bas à la fois pour les enseignants et les parents.

(3) les parents dont les enfants n’étaient pas assidus à l’école ont été remotivés afin que ceux ci reviennent à l'école et la réponse a été positive

Les Enfant Roses : Les enfants de l'orphelinat vont tous très bien. Nous avons 5 nouveaux enfants à l'orphelinat : Ankita, Simon, Roshan, Probhat, et Atri.

Leur nouvelle maison est vraiment bien , les enfants apprécient tous l'endroit et la nouvelle ambiance .











L’unité médicale: elle a été couronnée de succès et les enfants ont reçu un traitement approprié.

Conclusion: Nous vous remercions tous pour votre soutien et vos prières afin que nous puissions continuer le travail de Dieu en apportant un changement dans la vie des enfants



Monthly Report for the month of MARCH 2013.

It’s the time of year to count our blessings and make plans for this new year 2013. We consider Les Enfants Rose the family as one of our greatest blessings as your continued support makes our efforts possible.

We bring warm greetings from Narendrapur Aasha Deep foundation India and Les enfant Rose France.

Let all of us take a renewed vow for pursuing our welfare activities more vigorously so that we can bring back hope in the life of many more deprived children.

Here at Calcutta we are all keeping fine and our project is running smoothly.

I am hereby enclosing all the cells activities they have been doing over the last month.

I am giving a brief report from the administrative desk what we all have done during the last month (March 2013)





Little Heart‘s school. The academical year has begun in the month of January. And now the kids are all set f or there first term exams that will begin on 8of April 2013.

(2) There had been a parents teachers meeting with regarding education and Health. The parents have really responded well.

(3) There has been a new teacher appointed for Mathematic, Science, and history and computer. As these changes were required since this year the school is higher grade.

(4) New methods and props were used during classes teaching for the kids in the morning as we have school in two shifts. There are 55 kids in the morning and over 66 kids in the afternoon.

(5) Private tuitions are provided to Sunil, Nitesh, Roshan as they are the first batch of children to sit for the public exams. A lot prays and supports needed.





Counselling: We had to provide counselling to sunil a student of grade 8 , as he was detouring from his studies, he was having some family problems at home.

Counselling was also done in the sealdha project with parents and children living in the station..







Home visites:

(1) The class Teachers had gone to the houses of the children to visit there homes..

(2) During this visit there have been many ups and downs for the teachers and parents.

(3) The kids who were not regular the parents and children were motivated to come back to school. And they had responded.









Les Enfant Rose: The kids in the orphanage are all keeping in good health. We have 5 new kids in the orphanage. Ankita, Simon, Roshan, Probhat, and Atri .

The new house for the kids are really good they enjoy the place a new atmosphere for all of them . IT’S THE MIDWAY HOME FOR THE KIDS.



Medical Unit : has been successful the kids have received proper treatment.



Conclusion : We THANK ALL OF YOU FOR THE SUPPORTS AND PRAYS GIVEN TO US TO CARRY ON THE WORK OF GOD IN BRINING A CHANGE IN THE LIVES OF THE KIDS

Reports for the months of December 2012 to Febuary 2013

Rapports pour les mois de Décembre 2012, Janvier 2013, et Février 2013

Ces trois mois ont été un véritable succès pour l’association Narendrapur Aasha Deep Foundation et Les Enfants Rose. On a pu constater un résultat positif au cours de cette période . Tous les membres de l'association, les enfants de l'école et de l'orphelinat et moi-même sommes tous en bonne santé et nous vous adressons nos meilleurs vœux.

These three months has been successful for Narendrapur aasha deep foundation and Les enfants Rose. Positive result has been seen through out the months.We bring greatings to you from all the members of the association ,the children of the school and from the orphanage. we are all keeping in good health.

RÉALISATIONS :






DANS LE DOMAINE DE L’ ÉDUCATION :

En même que l'éducation traditionnelle, le fait de développer l’aspect culturel a permis à l'enfant de découvrir des talents cachés ainsi que des qualités de leadership et a permis de renforcer l'estime de soi , ce qui été d’une grande aide pour les enfants de la Little Heart School … 104 enfants sont inscrits dans notre école Et certains de nos enfants ont eu de très bons résultats aux examens .Il semble que les rêves se réalisent. Les Enfants Rose en France, et Narendrapur Aasha Deep Foundation en Inde ont étendu leurs activités en fournissant des repas le midi, un uniforme pour l’enseignement professionnel, un soutien culturel et une aide médicale pour les enfants et la famille, ainsi que des programmes de sensibilisation communautaire, ce qui a permis à chacun de se développer.          

LES ENFANTS ROSE :

Merci à Patricia pour tout ce qu'elle a fait pour les enfants. Les enfants de l'orphelinat ont un nouveau lieu de vie. Ils ne vivent plus dans le bâtiment de l'école. A l’orphelinat , les enfants bénéficient d’une structure d’accueil qui, comme une véritable maison, leur procure un abri, une protection, de la nourriture, l'éducation et des soins médicaux. LES ENFANTS ROSE-

 

Thanks to Patricia  for all she has done for the kids. The kids of the orphanage has a new place to stay. the dont live in the school building. The kids have a home like structure providing shelter,protection,nutrition, education, health care in the orphanage

AUTRES ACTIVITES :


Un concours de dessin a été organisé dans tous les centres et les prix ont été distribués aux gagnants.

L'évaluation des enseignants pour Décembre 2012, Janvier 2013 et Février 2013 a été réalisée selon les programmes prévus . Les fournitures scolaires pour la Little Heart School et autres fournitures éducatives ont été distribuées aux enfants en fonction de leurs besoins  

Other Activities:A drawing competition was arranged in all the centers and the prizes were distributed to the winners.

Teachers evaluation for December 2012, January 2013 and Febuary 2013 was conducted as per our program planning .Little Heart school course meterials and other education materials were distributed to the kids as per their needs.


Narendrapur Aasha Deep Foundation (en Inde) et Les Enfants Rose (en France) prennent soin des enfants qui ont besoin d’une aide constante. Dans ce processus, ils deviennent nos partenaires actifs en apportant des changements dans la vie de beaucoup d'autres enfants provenant du même milieu. Pour nous, le parrainage est l'outil le plus important pour soutenir ces enfants.

Case history:Sapwan Singh, He is seven years old. He is the second child of the family.He is a case of an autism child.He lives in his own world playing with his fingers shaking involuntarily, sometime throwing temper tantrums and over time destorying what evey comes his hand.He can  paint draw and perform pre vocational skill. he is able to follow instruction  and is able to ape the action if given

individual help.but for most part of the day he is prehyperactive and lives in his own world

ACHIEVEMENT: little Heart school the education project is going on smoothly as per our planning.100 children are inrolled in all grades. So therefore we have 100kids. The children are progressing well in both morning and day group.To mainstream the children who are 12, 13, and 14, Grade wise meetings were conducted with the parents and children to motivate the children at school.

Other Activities:A drawing competition was arranged in allthe centers and the prizes were distributed to the winners.Teachers evaluation for september, october and november was conducted as per our program planning .Little Heart school course meterials and  other education materials were distributed  to the kids as per their needs. Shamuli one of the school teacher has attended a work shop on classroom management.A film was arranged for the children on 14 november, and 84 kids attended it. Narendrapur Aasha deep foundation  and Les Enfants Rose (Orphanage) has arraanged christmas carnivals and cultural programme at diferent schools and old age homes.

 

Narendrapur aasha deep foundation (INDIA) and Les Enfant Roses(France)we cater to children who needs constant support . In the process they become our active partners in up beining about changes in the lives of many other children from the same back ground .For us sponsorship is the most  important tool to support these kids.
