                          Monthly Report .July, August and September.

 La réunion mensuelle pour Juillet, Août et Septembre s’est tenue dans le bureau de l’orphelinat (les enfants roses) situé à PicNic Garden , ; celle-ci prévue le 10 de chaque mois en 2013 se déroule sous la supervision du Coordonnateur de projet M. Sarker Melven avec les 10 travailleurs sociaux (NADF /Les enfants roses). Les principaux points de discussion étaient les suivants:


Présentation du rapport mensuel par chacun des groupes : l'école / les mères / l’orphelinat / et le groupe pour le projet de la gare.

Nous, les membres de Narendrapur Aasha deep foundation et de l’association Les Enfants Roses en France vous transmettons nos salutations.

Nous souhaitons tous renouveler notre engagement à poursuivre nos activités sociales de façon plus énergique afin que nous puissions ramener l'espoir dans la vie d’un plus grand nombre d’enfants défavorisés.

Voici un bref compte rendu de toutes les activités qui ont eu lieu au mois de juillet, août et septembre 2013.

 Monthly Meeting of July, August and September was held
In the office of Picnic Garden in the orphanage (les enfant Rose) project on 10 of every month 2013
Under the supervision of Project Coordinator Mr Melven Sarker along with all the ten
Outreach Worker (N.A.D.F/ and Les enfant Rose) the main points of discussion were as follows:
Presentation of Monthly Report by each   groups, the school/ mothers / orphanage/ and the project in the railway station.
We the members of Narendrapur Aasha deep foundation and Les Enfant Rose France bring greeting to you and Family.
let us all renew our vow pursuing our welfare activities more vigorously so that we can bring back hopes in the lives of many more deprived children.
 Here is a brief report of all the Activities and details taken place in the month of JULY, AUGUST AND SEPETEMBER 2013.

ÉCOLE : L'ENSEIGNEMENT DU PROCESSUS D'APPRENTISSAGE à l'école Little Heart est le suivant : chaque enfant doit savoir lire , compter , et apprendre . Cela se fait par le biais de l'apprentissage de l'action : jeux de rôle, débats, essais , tableaux de bord, vérifications croisées faites par les enfants, formulation de questions etc…. L’utilisation de l'environnement et de la vie dans les villages à des fins pédagogiques s’est avérée être une méthode très intéressante : les enfants aiment parler de leur village d’origine et de la façon dont les gens y vivent : Une nouvelle méthode d'apprentissage …

 SCHOOLTHE TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS IN Little Heart School   is Every Child Reading, Every Child Counting, and Every Child Learning. This was done Through Action learning - role plays / debates / experiments / chart marking / cross checking by children / framing question etc. The Village life and environment used for education has been a very interesting method, where children enjoyed talking about the village they all come from the life style of the people in the village. A new method of learning

MOTHERS 


Les activités qui ont eu lieu à l’école étaient :


- Les célébrations du Rakhi qui ont commencé à l'école

- Des visites au musée local ont été organisées. Les enfants ont été emmenés au musée Birla et ils ont apprécié l’espace « enfant », ainsi que le spectacle en 3D Ils ont beaucoup appris sur les lumières et les hommes primitifs . Nous avons eu un très bon retour des enfants.

- L’atelier avec les enseignants : Un atelier avec des enseignants d’une autre école a été mis en place . Les enseignants de Little Heart School y ont également assisté.

- L’atelier avec les parents : Cette activité a débuté en Août 2013 et s’est déroulée à 3 endroits différents avec un total de participation de 26 parents. L'objectif de la réunion mensuelle était de vérifier le travail des mères afin qu’elles ne retournent pas à la prostitution , de les contrôler quotidiennement et de veiller à les éduquer sur le danger du HIV, en évaluant leur travail , en discutant du plan de travail hebdomadaire avec suivi des bénéficiaires . Un soin particulier et des conseils ont été donnés par divers médecins à l’aide de la liste de contrôle de dépistage des personnes et au vu du problème sur le terrain.

La réunion des parents a lieu le 10 de chaque mois.

Activates Taken place in the school wasRakhi Celebrations: We started joint rakhi celebrations in the school
 Excursions to local museum were done. Kids were taken to Birla museum and they enjoyed the kid’s zone, as well as the 3D show.  Through this they learned about the lights and early man.  We got a very good respond from the kids.
Workshop with Teachers: A workshop with other school teachers was conducted. The teachers of Little Heart School also attended it.
 Workshop with parents: This activity was started in August 2013 and was 

held in 3 places with a total of 26 parents participating in it.

Parents Meeting: was held on 10 of every month.

The objective of monthly meeting was to recheck the work of the mothers not 

to go back to sex trade daily dairy checking on them and education them on 

life and the danger of H.I.V Through evaluation of their work, discussion on 

weekly work plan, follow up of the beneficiaries.  Special care and  counseling 

was given  through Various Doctors. Along with the client screening check list 

and the problem in the field.

                     HOME VISIT 
 
PARTICIPATION COMMUNAUTAIRE :


les réunions de parents d'élèves ont lieu le 10 de chaque mois.

Les mères sont venues signaler tous les problèmes qu'elles rencontraient auprès de la population locale , l’une d’entre elles n’avait pas d’ emploi , mais avec l'aide de Sister qui s’en est occupé, le problème a été réglé et elle a même trouvé un emploi à proximité de son habitation.

Les visites à domicile par les enseignants : Les enseignants ont visité les maisons des enfants de ceux qui ne vont pas régulièrement à l'école : les problèmes soulevés étaient la santé et les transports. Les problèmes de santé ont été pris en charge, et les transports ont été payés par l’école.

Un atelier pratique avec les parents a été organisé pendant lequel les nouvelles activités parascolaires ont été mises en place dans le but d’une meilleure compréhension des relations mères / enfants. Cet atelier a vraiment aidé beaucoup d'enfants.
INVOLVING THE COMMUNITY: Parents meetings were held on 10 of every month. The mothers came up with all the problems they were having from the local people, some dint have a job, but with the help of sister ,she took  care of it and sorted out the problem, as well as helped them to get a job close to their houses.
DONE BY THE MOTHERS 


Home visits by teachers: Teachers visited the homes of children those who are not regular to school, The problems that came up was health, and transport. Health is taken care of, as well as the transport is also paid by the school.
 A Practical workshop with parents was organized where they actually do some of the new curricular activities for better understanding the mothers and children relation was done .This workshop really helped many children.




Les Enfants Roses : L'orphelinat est situé près de l'hôpital Ruby. Mithu Burman, chef de file de ce projet prend en charge toutes les activités afférentes. Celles-ci sont sous la surveillance de Mithu et du docteur A. Banerjee .



Les Enfant Rose: The orphanage is located near the Ruby Hospital. We have Mithu Burman the leader of this project taking care of all the activities of this project. All the activities in the orphanage are monitored by mithu and by Doctor A. Banerjee.

Gare: Les enfants vivant dans la gare ont souvent affaire à la police et d'autres organismes, certains enfants sont également confrontés à des tentatives d'exploitation physique.. Par conséquent nous travaillons dans cette gare : Sandha Dey et Daphine travaillent sur ce projet. Les enfants vivant dans la gare sont secourus et envoyés dans divers centres de désintoxication (le centre St Joseph )puis dans des écoles. En outre, d'autres problèmes concernant ces enfants ont été identifiés et étudiés.

Railway Station: children living in the railway station are the treat of harassment at the hands of the police and other agencies some children have also to content with attempts at physical exploitation; we work in the railway station. We have sandha dey and Daphne working in this project.  Children living in the railway station are rescued and sent to various rehabs (St Joseph’s rehabilitation) and then to schools, beside this, there are some problems concerning children in the railway stations   were seen too. A meal is provided to the children living in the station.


conclusion: We Thank Patricia, Les enfants Roses, Godmothers and godfathers, Marguerite, Speram, Sister for helping  the children. with out your contributation nothing would be possiable. We need you support, and please pray for us and the children here in india,
